We will list your property on all of the major portals including  findaproperty, prime location, globrix, amazeproperty and houseladder and many more including our own Website. This gives your property maximum exposure and gets you sold as quickly as possible.

 *You'll be dealing with professionals with a background in traditional Estate Agents. Inner City Homes on-Line is a traditional Estate Agent that has  moved with the times, and gone on-line. We are members of The Property Ombudsman Sales and Letting and  (OFT) Aproved

 There are 3 price options to choose from depending upon how much or how little you wish to pay up front.

The Low Cost Estate Agent~Option 1

This option will save you the most money. Overall you will be saving thousands of pounds on a regular Estate Agents fee depending upon the value of your property. Simply pay us an up-front fee of £345  and we will do the rest. The fee includes photography (up to 8 photos of your property) plus unlimited marketing on the web until a buyer is found. (includes  Findaproperty, PrimeLocation, Globrix, Amazeproperty, Houseladder, and  many  many more including our own website)

The Low Cost Estate Agent~Option 2

With this option you will again make  Large savings, probably thousands of pounds of your Money. However, the amount that you put down up front is less so if you don't have a lot of disposable money at hand this will be a better option. Pay us £195 up front and the remaining £404 on completion. The balance paid from the proceeds of your property sale via your solicitor, and of course you don't have to pay it if we don't find you a buyer.

Once again this deal includes the photography and unlimited web advertising.

The Low Cost Estate Agent~Option 3

Option 3 is more in line with the payment of a traditional Estate Agent except for one thing. It's still a lot cheaper! At £999, why pay more. And nothing to pay until your property is sold! Most traditional Estate Agents will charge several times that. 

For your money you again get photography and unlimited web marketing until a buyer is found plus sales board Floor plans and virtual tour if required.

EPC

If you have not got an Energy Performance Certificate  (EPC)  we can arrange one for you  Special Offer of £75 (normally £125).

Since 21st May 2010 Home Information Packs (HIPs) are no longer required to advertise property for sale but the government still requires all home owners to have an EPC when they advertise their property for sale or rent.

INNER CITY HOMES  FOR SALE BOARD

We are pleased to offer all our clients the option of receiving a Inner City Homes For Sale Board  the signs are priced at £45. You can never underestimate the power of a board outside your property, as it will increase the local awareness of your home. On the day of our home visit, our employed agent will deliver the board facia for you to install when you are ready. A post is not included.
